Salary: CRC 650,000 - 700,000 / monthly

LightForce is transforming orthodontics through a fully digital, 3D-printed platform that delivers customized, patient-specific brackets paired with AI-driven treatment planning. The company optimizes clinical outcomes at scale while increasing practice efficiency and consistency. As a Digital Planner II, you will execute advanced case detailing and treatment planning tasks with minimal supervision. You'll demonstrate growing mastery of orthodontic concepts and digital tools while building independence in task execution and case flow management. Key responsibilities include: - Complete case detailing and case planning tasks with limited support - Identify and resolve common setup issues independently - Apply feedback to improve consistency and clinical accuracy - Participate in team reviews and calibration sessions - Manage straightforward full-case lifecycles from scan to manufacturing - Share learnings and best practices to support team success - Follow LightForce procedures, products, and services - Comply with company policies and country-specific guidelines You'll work in an open office environment, primarily in a sedentary position using hands, arms, and visual/auditory skills. Required qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in CAD design or treatment planning - English proficiency at B2–B2+ level - Demonstrated ability to apply standard operating procedures independently - Strong attention to detail and initiative - Basic understanding of clinical concepts and orthodontic workflows - Ability to manage simpler cases and escalate complex ones appropriately Compensation: 650,000–700,000 Costa Rican Colones per month.
