Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to deliver advanced digital measurement solutions for international clients. You will join the Analytics Team within a newly consolidated Brand Data unit, reporting to the Analytics Director.
In this role, you will translate client business requirements into measurement frameworks, dashboards, and actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining GA4 implementations with event tracking, conversion setup, reporting, and data quality assurance. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and data layers to ensure accurate, scalable measurement. You'll configure and optimize Consent Mode and Enhanced Conversions to balance privacy compliance with measurement accuracy, and implement enhanced e-commerce tracking to measure customer journeys and revenue performance. Beyond basic reporting, you will build compelling data narratives that drive strategic client action.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event configuration, advertising platform conversion tracking, custom reporting, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), data layer implementation, and tracking/debugging methodologies
- Understanding of privacy-safeguarding methods while enabling collection of essential, privacy-compliant data
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to add value to client businesses
- Collaborative problem-solving approach
