Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building next-generation data centers and modular infrastructure for high-performance AI workloads. As Digital Delivery (VDC) Program Lead, you will serve as the owner-side Subject Matter Expert ensuring digital delivery guidelines, BIM requirements, and owner standards are implemented across Crusoe's entire portfolio of data center buildouts and modular projects.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Technology & Design, you will own program alignment and governance across all DIG projects, managing CDE governance in Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). You'll serve as the primary owner-side point of contact for digital delivery matters, providing status reporting and decision support to project executives.
Key responsibilities include executing model validation and QA/QC workflows to verify design consultants and trade contractors follow owner standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements. You'll structure digital deliverables to ensure clean transitions into commissioning, facilities integration, and long-term asset management. You'll oversee coordination processes at a system level, managing clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution workflows to mitigate risk and prevent field conflicts.
You'll participate in design review and VDC meetings across active portfolio projects, bridge design-phase engineering data with downstream trade coordination, and mobilize quickly to support project-specific workflows in a high-velocity environment. You'll stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging VDC tools and technologies that accelerate delivery and improve asset data quality.
Required: 7+ years in design and construction with strong VDC and BIM management focus. 7+ years hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma. Proven background in complex large-scale or mission-critical facilities, or complex high-tech infrastructure. Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Procore, and Bluebeam. Deep understanding of LOD definitions, BIM standards, and design vs. trade/fabrication models. Outstanding communication and leadership skills with ability to present complex technical data to executives, design teams, contractors, and clients. Exceptional time-management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
