As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures across AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms. You will automate security controls and processes using scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and Bash to improve metrics and operational support. Working closely with the development team, you will integrate security practices into the development lifecycle from design through deployment, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Your responsibilities include conducting system and application vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and security assessments. You will manage and configure cloud-based environments for optimal performance and security, respond to security incidents and breaches, and participate in post-mortem analysis to prevent similar vulnerabilities. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications such as SOC2 and ISO 27001, and stay current with emerging security threats to incorporate new security technologies and best practices into the company's infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Node.js, and Bash
- Experience with multi-cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and security integration
- Experience with vulnerability testing and security assessments
- Familiarity with compliance standards: SOC2 and ISO 27001
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and emerging threats
