We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to bridge our traditional on-premises infrastructure and expanding multi-cloud footprint across AWS, GCP, and OCI. The role emphasizes learning trajectory over baseline knowledge—if you have strong systems fundamentals, passion for automation, and deep debugging skills, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Orchestration: Manage, scale, and maintain on-premises infrastructure while expanding and supporting AWS, GCP, and OCI environments.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design, implement, and audit secure authentication and authorization workflows (OIDC, SAML, Cloud IAM, Least Privilege policies) across hybrid environments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for safe, repeatable, and rapid code deployments.
• Observability & Debugging: Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; track down root causes in complex, distributed systems.
• SecOps Integration: Embed security best practices into the infrastructure lifecycle (vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance-as-code).

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering roles
• Solid hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu (Infrastructure as Code)
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing)
• Foundational or deep experience in at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or OCI), with ability to translate skills across platforms
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (managed or bare-metal)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), and Secrets Management (HashiCorp Vault)
• Rapid adaptation ability to pick up new cloud providers or tools within weeks
• First-principles thinking and automation-first mindset
