You will join a small, highly skilled DevOps team with significant ownership and impact. In this role, you will design, implement, monitor, and maintain AWS-based production and development environments. You'll help build and operate a secure, highly available, scalable, and reliable cloud platform while solving complex infrastructure challenges and enabling engineering teams to deliver faster and with confidence.
The team operates a modern cloud-native technology stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Prometheus, and Grafana. You'll work with large-scale, multi-account AWS environments, solve challenging scalability, reliability, and performance problems, and gain hands-on experience operating a mature Disaster Recovery (DR) platform with regular live cross-region failover drills. This is a fast-paced environment with continuous learning and professional growth opportunities, including exposure to the latest technologies and AI-powered developer tools.
**Requirements:**
- 2–5 years of experience in a SaaS/PaaS company, working with AWS (preferred) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong hands-on experience with container technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills
- Experience with CI/CD platforms, preferably GitHub Actions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
- Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High security awareness and understanding of security best practices
- Solid understanding of Git and GitFlow workflows
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience solving scalability, reliability, and performance challenges in large-scale cloud environments
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) as part of daily work
- Experience with GitOps workflows using Argo CD and Crossplane
- Experience working in a multi-account cloud environment
