Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the technical architect and implementer for AI agent deployments in healthcare settings. Based in Tampa, FL, you'll work onsite at client locations (five days/week) with occasional travel to Menlo Park headquarters.
In this role, you'll bridge customer clinical workflows and technical execution by designing AI agent workflows, managing the build process, handling system integrations, and ensuring deployments deliver measurable clinical value. You are not writing code but rather orchestrating integrations, configuring AI agents, and leading deployments from initial scoping through optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with customers to understand workflows, define agent scope, and identify integration requirements
- Designing and configuring agent workflows, selecting tools, and validating functionality
- Acting as the lead technical and operational advisor during deployment, managing scope and explaining trade-offs
- Developing build timelines, coordinating with engineering, tracking progress, and escalating blockers
- Defining data requirements and designing integration workflows with engineering partners
- Monitoring agent performance post-launch, analyzing usage patterns, and driving continuous improvements
You'll need 5+ years of technical experience (software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and manage projects effectively.
Healthcare domain expertise, AI/ML orchestration experience, EHR integration knowledge, and experience in regulated environments are highly valued.
