Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead customer implementations for health plans and payor organizations, translating AI capabilities into measurable operational outcomes. You will own end-to-end deployment strategy and execution, working with complex stakeholder groups across operations, clinical programs, IT, compliance, and executive functions to drive successful implementations in payor environments.
In this role, you will lead deployment planning and execution for enterprise payor customers, partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and operational workflows, and translate them into actionable deployment plans. You'll coordinate across internal deployment, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to keep implementations aligned and moving forward. Key responsibilities include driving implementation readiness (stakeholder alignment, rollout sequencing, training, risk tracking), identifying and resolving blockers proactively, and guiding customers through organizational change and adoption.
You will capture learnings from deployments to build repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve future implementations. By day 90, you should have supported or led your first major payor deployment through a successful milestone and contributed to deployment playbooks. At 12 months, you will have led multiple deployments across different customer environments and use cases, becoming a trusted partner while helping standardize implementation processes.
The role requires strong understanding of payor-side healthcare workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics—either through direct experience in health plans or through customer-facing implementation work in payor environments. You'll need excellent communication skills to translate between customer goals, operational realities, and internal execution plans, plus strong project leadership in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
This is a US-based role with expected travel of 25–40% for on-site implementation support, customer meetings, training, and go-live activities. You'll work alongside implementation managers, engineers, product managers, customer success partners, and clinical experts, operating with significant ownership while balancing strategic customer guidance with detailed execution.
