The Future Platforms team operates as a startup-within-a-startup, tasked with executing the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team blends go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with deep C-suite involvement and founder-level ownership.
As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the critical function of taking future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role centered on strategic execution with real influence over product direction and go-to-market motion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own customer deployment success end-to-end, from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization
- Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning to translate customer goals into crisp requirements, workflows, and success metrics
- Manage a full book of concurrent deployments at different stages, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders
- Collaborate on product configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption with product operations, engineering, and training teams
- Partner with client leadership on change management and organizational communication
- Bring product requirements to the engineering team based on real-world customer needs and usage patterns
- Systematize deployment processes and playbooks to enable rapid scaling without quality loss
- Support sales and expansion activities through pre-sales discovery and engagement scoping
- Contribute to building and attracting top talent to the team
