Sarvam AI is India's leading full-stack AI company building sovereign AI infrastructure and applications for Indian languages. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the complete arc of customer engagements—from proof of concept through production deployment—ensuring AI systems reach scale across India's largest banks, insurers, government departments, and enterprises.
You will be responsible for end-to-end deployment ownership, including running focused proofs of concept, conducting implementation discovery to understand customer integrations and compliance constraints, and managing multi-year programmes worth significant value. Your role bridges technology and business: you'll work directly with C-suite leadership at major financial institutions and government bodies, understand their operational realities, and shape solutions accordingly.
Key responsibilities include: owning deployment timelines and KPI delivery; conducting technical discovery across systems, data, and compliance; managing cross-functional teams (Agent Engineers, partner teams); driving adoption with end users; and creating documentation and playbooks that enable future deployments. You are the customer's primary point of contact and hold accountability for both technical delivery and business outcomes.
You bring 4+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, ideally from consulting, systems integration, or enterprise delivery roles where you owned outcomes, not just managed plans. You are technical enough to engage engineers on integration approaches, understand AI system behavior in production, and reason about latency and scale. Experience with regulated environments (banking, insurance, public sector) and agentic AI systems is highly valued. You communicate with precision and clarity, especially during escalations.
