Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the technical architect and implementer for AI agent deployments in healthcare settings. This role bridges customer needs and technical execution, requiring you to design agent workflows, manage build processes, handle integrations, and ensure deployments deliver measurable clinical value.
You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle: initial scoping and requirements analysis with customers to understand clinical workflows and define agent scope; agent build and configuration using established tools and patterns; technical account management as the lead during deployment; project management including timeline development and milestone tracking; integration architecture to define data requirements and design workflows; and post-launch analytics and optimization to monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
Success means accurately translating customer workflows into well-structured agent designs, using established tools to configure agents efficiently, defining clear integration requirements and ensuring reliable data flow, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, monitoring agent performance and identifying optimization opportunities, documenting patterns and building institutional knowledge, and leading use case implementations end-to-end with timely go-lives.
This is a forward-deployed, onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN, with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters in Menlo Park, CA for strategic planning and team sessions.
You bring 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, can translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements, demonstrate customer empathy and communication ability, and possess project management capability including scoping, estimation, dependency management, and proactive status communication. Nice-to-have qualifications include healthcare domain expertise, AI/ML orchestration experience, healthcare IT background, and experience building tools for complex regulated environments.
