Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual

As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end deployment experience for customers—from discovery through go-live—ensuring outcomes align with measurable business impact. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, project management, and operational delivery, serving as the primary point of contact and orchestrating cross-functional teams (Implementation Specialists, Forward Deployed Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and internal stakeholders).
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading structured discovery workshops with customers to uncover business objectives, operational constraints, and success metrics, then translating findings into clear deployment roadmaps and deliverables.
• Defining project scope, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinating across teams to ensure alignment and momentum, proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and escalating issues.
• Partnering with Implementation Specialists and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure system configurations and integrations align with business goals.
• Leading user acceptance testing (UAT), driving go-live readiness, and ensuring smooth handoff to the Customer Success team.
• Documenting lessons learned, refining deployment playbooks, and driving continuous improvement.
You bring 4–6 years of experience in project management, SaaS implementation delivery, customer consulting, or operations. You excel at translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, executable plans and communicating effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and are comfortable building repeatable processes from scratch.
