As Deployment Lead, you will lead key aspects of customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth and timely transitions onto the Rillet platform. You'll work directly with finance teams to understand their accounting workflows, translate requirements into practical solutions, and guide them through training, change management, and adoption. Your responsibilities include managing data migrations, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination while tracking milestones and keeping stakeholders aligned.
You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans and solve problems quickly. The role requires identifying risks early, escalating issues promptly, and maintaining clear documentation and status updates. You'll build trust with customers through responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented engagement.
Ideal candidates have meaningful experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or customer-facing roles at Big Four firms, SaaS companies, or high-growth tech companies. You need a strong accounting foundation with credibility discussing financial close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and core finance workflows, including familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP. Excellent communication skills, systems thinking, strong project management capabilities, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail are essential. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
