Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Deployment Engineer, you will be the backbone of Celonis delivery, leading hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes rapidly.
You will direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards while applying your judgment to validate outputs, adapt to customer context, and ensure business relevance. This is not traditional manual consulting—you specify what needs to be built, direct AI agents to execute, validate results, and iterate with the customer.
Key responsibilities include conducting business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases, collaborating with customer IT and business stakeholders to define scope and success criteria, and ensuring data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured. You will build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform including Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
You will identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology in close collaboration with customers, validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance, lead value creation workshops, and define KPIs measuring customer success. You will design and build operational solutions to drive value, adoption, and improve process conformance.
Rollout and adoption responsibilities include enabling key customer users to use and extend solutions independently, managing project outcomes against timelines and scope, training and demonstrating to customer users, and documenting solution design decisions for future reference.
You will develop deep expertise in one or more process domains (Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals, translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns and best practices, and proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain.
