Array is a financial innovation platform providing credit and identity monitoring tools, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace to digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs. As a Deployment Engineer, you will own end-to-end SaaS product implementations in a post-sales capacity, driving revenue impact by managing 8–14 project deployments per quarter, each contributing $500K–$1M in deployed eARR once fully ramped (expected within 90 days).
You will execute and optimize deployment processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Product, and customer-facing groups—to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. A key part of your role involves identifying and implementing process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic scalability as the company addresses high pipeline demand.
You will partner closely with Engineering and Product to stay current on updates, provide customer feedback, and contribute to roadmap alignment. Documentation of deployment processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing will be essential to scaling the team's output. You'll maintain a results-oriented mindset, understanding how technical deployments directly contribute to commercial goals, and you'll leverage AI tools as your default approach to thinking, building, and shipping faster.
This role reports directly to the Senior Deployment Engineer and is ideal for someone who can ramp quickly, demonstrate independence and ownership within 60 days, and thrive in a remote-first, fast-growing fintech environment.
