You'll join as Delivery Systems Lead, reporting to the Head of Customer Engineering in New York. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with outsized scope—you'll design and operate the systems layer that enables the entire Customer Engineering organization to scale smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a single source of truth for staffing, account status, and delivery/workload distribution across Customer Engineering, defining how accounts, pods, people, and products relate.
- Map active customer accounts to Translucent's product portfolio by reviewing contracts and delivery documentation, keeping scope and pod coverage aligned as accounts evolve.
- Build a lightweight risk-tracking process for implementations and accounts to identify, escalate, and resolve issues early in partnership with pod and delivery leads.
- Develop metrics and reporting frameworks that measure delivery health, data trust, and implementation quality—scoped to signals Customer Engineering actually owns.
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success as accounts move from scoping through go-live; run structured syncs that bring clear updates and asks to leadership.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and governance to prevent process knowledge from siloing.
You'll need 3–5 years in operations, program/project coordination, or business operations (SaaS/startup experience is a plus). You're a builder energized by designing systems from scratch, comfortable with analytical thinking, strong at translating contracts and technical docs into structured operational views, and excellent at written communication. Nice-to-haves include forward-deployed engineering or professional services experience, healthtech background, KPI framework experience, and executive communication skills.
Location: New York City, in-office 4 days per week.
