Diligent is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join the Professional Services team, leading successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
In this role, you will lead customer adoption and implementation projects, driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and executing implementations aligned with Diligent's Services Strategy methodology. You will manage multiple end-to-end implementations from project kick-off through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions for clients, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery
- Managing portfolio operations, including time and scope capture, project financials, team utilization, and time management
- Mobilizing the right team resources to minimize delays and overruns while actively managing budgets and delivery efficiencies
- Translating client goals and processes into clear solution designs and implementation plans that drive tangible GRC outcomes
- Owning RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management across assigned projects, maintaining clear logs and driving mitigation plans
- Supporting commercial teams during pre-sales and post-sales to obtain and grow clientele while ensuring client satisfaction
- Facilitating engaging client workshops and training sessions to build user confidence and enable successful adoption
- Owning project communication and stakeholder management, providing clear status updates and resolving issues quickly
- Monitoring project health diagnostics and proactively responding to delivery drift by identifying early warning signs and driving corrective action plans
- Providing coaching and mentoring to Senior Specialists and Specialists on project management, delivery excellence, and customer enablement
- Identifying opportunities to expand Diligent's product footprint with existing and new customers
- Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving delivery approaches, contributing to playbooks, templates, and best practices

The role operates on a hybrid model with 50% office-based work required in Budapest. Regrettably, visa sponsorship is not available, so you must be eligible to work in Hungary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles, with strong business acumen and ability to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes
- Experience working with technology platforms and complex business processes, with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Experience leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated success in operational execution, delivery management, and driving projects through the full lifecycle with high degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to independently lead and manage hands-on projects from initiation through completion
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to lead client workshops, training sessions, and implementation projects
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with GRC, board or entity management platforms
- Experience working within a GRC environment
- Experience working with global clients and distributed, matrixed teams
