Tennr is a healthcare technology company that automates the complex insurance referral and payment workflows that currently overwhelm healthcare providers. The company uses proprietary models to handle the tedious paperwork required for patient referrals and provider reimbursement, enabling healthcare operators to focus on patient care. As a Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end implementation and adoption of Tennr's platform for strategic and enterprise customers. You will manage deployment timelines, risks, and issues across your portfolio while working directly with C-suite executives and frontline operators. Your core responsibilities include planning and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments; creating training materials and QBRs that demonstrate ROI; translating technical complexity into actionable insights for diverse audiences; and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform. You will partner closely with Platform Strategists to design workflows that drive business outcomes, personally train end users, hold both internal teams and customers accountable to commitments, and surface blockers early. Success in this role requires the ability to engage across all organizational levels—from executive leadership to staff—while maintaining account health and positioning partnerships for long-term growth. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation. You demonstrate a track record of driving complex work to completion across deadlines, connecting deployments to measurable business outcomes, and communicating effectively with executives and operational staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership, are essential. Tennr values execution and impact, offering the opportunity to develop deep operational expertise in scaling systems and infrastructure while working on a mission to reduce patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system. The role is based in Hudson Square (345 Hudson Street) with an expectation of 4 days/week in office.
