Octopus Electroverse is one of Europe's largest eMobility players, with over 1.3 million connected electric vehicle chargers and a rapidly expanding customer ecosystem across web, iOS, Android, CarPlay, Android Auto, and Automotive OS. The company is scaling new products, automotive partnerships, and integrated charging experiences to make the electric transition simple for individual drivers and fleets.
As a Delivery Manager, you will be a strong generalist working across project delivery, operations, and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team spanning product, development, commercial, operations, marketing, and partnerships to maintain momentum on key projects and internal operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead execution and delivery of key business requirements and operational changes
- Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure smooth transitions and continuity
- Establish and monitor project performance through reporting and analytics, providing visibility on project status and key metrics
- Project manage evaluation and delivery of ad-hoc commercial or operational opportunities
- Act as central liaison for internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and coordinated delivery
- Provide operational support to the product team, contributing to development roadmap and effective project planning for business growth
You'll bring good commercial instinct, understanding of customer experience and marketing principles, and a focus on project delivery. The role offers variety and requires balancing wide vision with attention to required detail. You'll have a key part to play from day one, leading project execution and supporting the business to scale at pace in a rapidly expanding eMobility sector that is critical to decarbonizing the planet.
Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience in a project management or delivery role with strong track record of delivering great projects and initiatives
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience benchmarking suppliers to ensure strong, commercially competitive relationships
