Salary: USD 175,000 - 190,000 / annual
DriveWealth is a global B2B fintech platform democratizing access to financial markets through an API-based infrastructure. The company enables partners to offer seamless investing and trading experiences (US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, options) to clients worldwide.
This Delivery Manager role owns the end-to-end conversion of signed partner contracts into live, revenue-generating integrations. You will manage partner integration delivery across planning, requirements, documentation, and communication from contract signature through launch handover and post-launch stabilization. This role offloads project management and documentation from Solutions Engineers, allowing them to focus on technical execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute delivery end-to-end: milestones, dependencies, critical path, go-live, and clean handover from pre-sales
- Lead discovery and own requirements, data mappings, and field-level specifications; map partner workflows against DriveWealth capabilities across account opening, KYC, funding, order routing, execution, settlement, corporate actions, and reporting
- Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation: workflow maps, configuration decisions, decision logs, meeting actions, and open items
- Run delivery cadence adapted to each partner; clear blockers across Engineering, Product, Client Operations, Compliance, and partners; escalate early
- Own UAT coordination and build evidence packs for go/no-go readiness decisions
- Manage partner-facing delivery narrative; report health upward honestly; surface timeline, scope, and dependency risk with trade-offs; manage scope actively
- Advocate for partners internally, carrying integration friction into Product as evidenced feedback
- Run post-launch stabilization and formal handover to Client Operations; own subsequent change delivery for live partners (new products, markets, asset classes)
Requirements:
- 7+ years in business analysis, implementation, or client-facing delivery within financial services, capital markets, brokerage, payments, or B2B fintech
- Demonstrable ownership of external client integrations end-to-end; experience running go-lives, not just workstreams
- Practical API literacy: read OpenAPI specs, follow Postman collections, read JSON payloads, write requirements referencing endpoints and fields
- Exceptional requirements and documentation craft; role is judged substantially on artifacts
- Working knowledge of the securities lifecycle; fluency in Jira and Confluence
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, including difficult conversations about dates
- Strongly preferred: vendor or platform-side delivery into financial institutions (Fidessa/ION, FIS, Broadridge, Apex or similar); embedded finance, BaaS, or brokerage-as-a-service models; experience standing up a delivery function; SEC/FINRA-regulated delivery
