Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS stack.
As Delivery Manager 3, you will own complex, enterprise client projects and coordinate delivery activities across multiple workstreams. You operate independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries (statement of work) and are accountable for delivery coordination, planning accuracy, issue tracking, and adherence to commitments. This role requires 5+ years of delivery or project management experience and a working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable execution
- Managing multiple concurrent delivery coordination demands, applying prioritization and judgment within defined frameworks
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively per defined thresholds
- Delivering clear, direct oral and written communications to stakeholders, including in challenging situations
- Monitoring adherence to agreed scope and supporting formal change processes without redefining commitments
You will bring enterprise delivery frameworks knowledge, understanding of cloud-native architectures and their implementation considerations, familiarity with data integration and connectivity models (SMTP, SFTP), awareness of delivery economics and time-to-value, and knowledge of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies.
The role is hybrid, based in the Toronto office, with an expectation of 2 days per week in-office. Behavox was founded in 2014, is backed by SoftBank Vision Fund, and is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo.
