Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. As a Delivery Manager 3, you will own complex, enterprise client projects and coordinate delivery activities across multiple workstreams. You operate independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries (statements of work) and are accountable for delivery coordination, planning accuracy, issue tracking, and adherence to commitments. This role requires 5+ years of delivery or project management experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable execution
- Managing multiple concurrent delivery coordination demands, applying prioritization and judgment within defined frameworks
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively when thresholds are exceeded
- Delivering clear, direct oral and written communications to stakeholders, including in challenging situations
- Monitoring scope compliance and supporting formal change processes without redefining commitments
You will bring:
- Knowledge of structured enterprise delivery methodologies and frameworks used in large-scale client engagements
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations for implementation coordination
- Knowledge of data integration and connectivity models (SMTP, SFTP) and their application in enterprise environments
- Understanding of project cost levers and time-to-first-value importance for revenue recognition
- Familiarity with Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies
Behavox is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo. The company was founded in 2014 and is backed by SoftBank Vision Fund. The role is hybrid, based in Belfast, with an expectation of 2 days per week in-office.
