The Delivery Manager 3 is accountable for complex, enterprise client projects and coordinates delivery activities while maintaining delivery artifacts and ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and delivery standards. Operating independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries set by statements of work, this role ensures delivery consistency across multiple workstreams and delivery environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owns development and maintenance of delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable execution
- Manages multiple concurrent delivery coordination demands simultaneously, applying prioritization and judgment within defined delivery frameworks
- Identifies, documents, and tracks delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively in line with defined thresholds
- Delivers clear, direct oral and written delivery communications to stakeholders, including in challenging delivery situations
- Monitors adherence to agreed scope and supports formal change processes without redefining delivery commitments
The role requires a working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches. You will work with enterprise delivery frameworks, understand cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations, have knowledge of network connectivity approaches (SMTP, SFTP) and their application to different data types within enterprise environments, and understand project cost levers and time-to-first-value dynamics. Familiarity with Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies is essential to align delivery execution with business intent.

This is a hybrid position based in the Montreal office with an expectation of working from the office 2 days per week. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management
- Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations
- Knowledge of data integration and connectivity models (SMTP, SFTP, etc.)
- Understanding of delivery economics and value realization
- Knowledge of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies
- Ability to operate independently within defined engagement boundaries
- Professional judgment, assertiveness, and clear communication skills
