Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The Delivery Manager 3 role is accountable for complex, enterprise client projects. You will coordinate delivery activities, maintain delivery artifacts, and ensure alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and delivery standards. You operate independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries set by statements of work and are responsible for delivery coordination, planning accuracy, issue tracking, and adherence to SOWs. You will demonstrate professional judgment, assertiveness, and a clear connection to Behavox's mission, marketplace, and technologies, escalating risks or decisions that exceed your defined authority.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the development and maintenance of delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable execution
- Managing multiple concurrent delivery coordination demands simultaneously, applying prioritization and judgment within defined delivery frameworks
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively in line with defined thresholds
- Delivering clear, direct oral and written communications to stakeholders, including in challenging delivery situations
- Monitoring adherence to agreed scope and supporting formal change processes without redefining delivery commitments
You will work on a global, mission-critical AI platform alongside engineers and technologists across multiple geographies. The role offers real ownership and impact, building complex systems at scale in an environment that values speed, experimentation, and technical excellence.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management
- Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations
- Knowledge of data integration and connectivity models (SMTP, SFTP, and their application to different data types within enterprise environments)
- Understanding of project cost levers and time to first value in enabling timely revenue recognition
- Knowledge of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies sufficient to align delivery execution with business intent
