Salary: USD 174,600 - 213,400 / annual

Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Delivery Engineer III role is a senior individual contributor position on the post-sales Delivery Engineer team, responsible for owning onboarding and data health for strategic, high-value customers. You will be the primary technical consultant for customers integrating Mixpanel into their product development processes and data ecosystems. Key responsibilities include: leading world-class onboarding experiences that drive product analytics adoption; consulting with customers' engineering, product, and marketing teams on technical implementation and data architecture; delivering technical services ranging from data architecture consultations to adoption and change management; creating scalable data governance practices and optimizing Mixpanel deployments; managing complex projects across multiple stakeholder teams while balancing timelines and scope; serving as a technical sponsor for internal product prioritization requests; and building AI automations to help customers manage data at scale, including consulting on agentic workflow integrations. You will align with pre-sales teams to define business goals and metrics, engage with customers on ongoing enhancements to data quality and tech stack integration, and collaborate with technical and solutions partners on optimization projects. As the analytics and data architecture expert, you'll guide customers through modern data stack integration, including cloud data warehouses, CDPs, event streaming, and reverse ETL implementations. Required qualifications: proficiency in data querying, modeling, and transformation (SQL, dbt, Python, BI tools, or product analytics tools); familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses (GCP, AWS Redshift, Azure); knowledge of product analytics implementation methods; understanding of analytics best practices across business segments; ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders; experience embedding AI into workflows and consulting on AI/data strategy; background in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management; excellent communication and analytical skills; strong process and project delivery discipline.
