Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Delivery Engineer team owns post-sales onboarding and data health for customers, driving data trust and embedding Mixpanel into customers' data stacks.
As a Delivery Engineer in the EMEA region, you will be the primary technical consultant for clients integrating Mixpanel into their core product development processes. You will own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients, delivering world-class, on-time onboarding experiences that establish the foundation for product analytics adoption.
Key responsibilities include: owning customer onboarding and ongoing data quality enhancements; aligning with pre-sales teams to define business goals and data architecture; engaging with customers' engineering, product, and marketing teams on technical onboarding and deployment optimization; delivering technical services from data architecture consultations to adoption best practices; leveraging modern data architecture expertise to create scalable data governance; executing deliverables while managing timelines and scope; collaborating with technical and solutions partners; sponsoring internal product/engineering engagements; and building AI automations to help customers manage data at scale.
You should be comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transforming using SQL, dbt, Python, or BI tools; familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses (GCP, Redshift, Azure); knowledgeable about product analytics implementation methods (SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, Reverse ETL); experienced in analytics best practices across business segments; skilled at managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders; experienced with AI integration in workflows and MCP servers; and have prior experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management. Strong written, analytical, and communication skills, process discipline, and eagerness to learn new technologies are essential.
