Veho is a Series B logistics and ecommerce delivery platform that powers seamless shopping, shipping, and returns for major consumer brands including Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy's, and Sephora. You will join the Delivery & Client Operations leadership team as a Supervisor, managing a team of nine or more associates and leads. Your core responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, serving as the point of reference for escalations, mentoring and managing team performance, tracking attendance and time, and ensuring all tasks and exceptions are resolved daily. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to provide insight and resolution for logistical needs and operational exceptions, while communicating critical changes to the team and assigning associates to specific workflows.
You will act as a cultural liaison, embodying Veho's values: customer obsession, first-principles thinking, builder mentality, intrinsic drive to win, and bias toward action. The role requires understanding logistics fundamentals across all markets, the ability to adapt quickly to operational changes, and willingness to step into additional responsibilities as needed. You must be equipped to communicate effectively with all Veho teammates and driver partners.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of supervisor experience leading teams of leads and associates in a support or operations industry setting.
