Salary: CAD 56,000 - 70,000 / annual
Diligent is seeking a Delivery Analyst for its Risk & Audit Services team in Vancouver. This is an early-career consulting role supporting the delivery of audit, risk, and compliance solutions to enterprise clients.
You will work within the Services team, which specializes in governance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory solutions across multiple sectors. The team partners with clients as trusted advisors, delivering significant organizational change through solution design and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with discovery and requirements capture by reviewing client documentation and leading discovery workshops to understand current processes and needs
- Translate client requirements into technical design documents under guidance from senior advisors
- Configure and iterate Diligent One prototypes to meet client specifications
- Deliver enablement training to client teams
- Maintain issue logs and follow standard project methodology to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Utilize product and domain expertise to deliver customer requests and create positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers, and Managers to route service requests appropriately
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests
- Consult with global implementation and customer success teams to provide technical guidance
You will be responsible for timely and quality delivery of services requested by customers, working as part of a team to meet tight timeframes in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
- Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions regarding compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management
- Strong passion for compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in a changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
PREFERRED:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS)
- Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools
- Experience with platform-based product/solution implementations
