Glimpse is an AI platform automating back-office workflows for CPG brands, including deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, the company has grown to over 200 customers and raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC, and Y Combinator. As a Deductions Analyst, you will be the expert behind Glimpse's AI-powered deductions platform, helping leading CPG brands recover millions in lost revenue. You will investigate retailer chargebacks, analyze supporting documentation, identify invalid claims, and drive disputes through to resolution across a portfolio of major brands. Key responsibilities include: - Investigating and validating retailer chargebacks (promotions, shortages, pricing, etc.) by leveraging AI agents while handling edge cases and complex resolutions - Determining claim validity by evaluating supporting documentation and using your decisions to train AI models on complex deduction scenarios - Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to improve the platform and translate deduction workflows into automated features - Preparing, submitting, and managing deduction disputes through retailer portals while automating tracking and follow-up processes - Collaborating with Customer Success and Operations to understand trade programs, identify root causes, and help customers reduce revenue leakage - Maintaining accurate records and documenting best practices to build the operational foundation of the platform Required qualifications: 2+ years managing retailer deductions, trade deductions, accounts receivable, chargebacks, or deductions resolution in a CPG company. Strong understanding of deduction types (promotions, shortages, pricing, freight, compliance, returns, damaged goods). Experience researching deductions using supporting documentation and determining validity. Experience preparing and submitting disputes through resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage high-volume cases while maintaining accuracy and organization. Cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel. Preferred: CPG, food & beverage, health, or beauty industry experience. Familiarity with deductions, trade finance, or retail supply chain workflows. Experience with retailer portals (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Costco, Amazon). Experience with automation or AI-enabled operational tools. Comfort in fast-paced, in-person startup environments.
