Salary: USD 86,000 - 98,000 / annual
Spring Health is seeking a Dedicated Clinical Trainer to deliver high-quality clinical trainings and develop content for their AI-native mental health platform. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to design and deliver engaging, culturally sensitive clinical training programs. You will develop instructional materials using modern engagement techniques, coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual and on-site events, and work closely with large enterprise customers to consult on training and programming planning.
Key responsibilities include delivering live clinical trainings with target feedback ratings of 4.5/5 or higher, developing deep relationships with dedicated customers, optimizing operational efficiency for clinical programming, and partnering with global providers to integrate culturally appropriate modifications. You'll manage virtual event platforms, select clinical providers, prepare materials, and track evaluation metrics. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to manage and advise accounts, particularly large enterprise customers.
Success in this position means maintaining high training quality scores, building strong customer relationships with deep cultural understanding, and continuously enhancing the effectiveness and reach of clinical training offerings. You'll act as a collaborative team player, assisting with wellness initiatives and on-site health fairs as needed.
