Salary: USD 75,000 - 125,400 / annual

PagerDuty is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to join their Operations team in San Francisco. In this hybrid role (2 days/week in office), you will serve as a trusted advisor to global sales teams, streamlining the Lead-To-Cash flow and solving complex order-to-cash (O2C) process challenges. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as the go-to resource for Sales teams on deal support, complex problem-solving, and O2C process guidance - Training and mentoring global Deal Desk team members to ensure consistent, excellent support to field teams and customers - Managing Deal Desk SFDC queue intake and triage with urgency and proactive prioritization - Providing comprehensive deal support including manual order forms, deal guidance, system updates, and reporting - Identifying and resolving deal-threatening issues; escalating when necessary to appropriate leaders - Driving sales process improvements and enablement initiatives - Conducting data quality assurance projects across sales operations - Supporting new sales program initiatives and maintaining deal documentation - Educating Sales teams on process changes, policies, and best practices to improve performance You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Security, and IT partners across all regions. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Required: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Deal Desk. Preferred: SFDC CPQ proficiency, strong business acumen, ability to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy, and flexibility with working hours.
