Salary: USD 77,400 - 116,200 / annual

F5 is seeking a Deal Desk Partner II to join the Global Sales Operations organization. This role is responsible for supporting sales teams across different geographic regions in deal structuring, pricing, and contract reviews. You will serve as the primary liaison between sales teams and cross-functional departments including Professional Services, Channel, Finance, Product Management, Legal, and the executive team to ensure deals are structured, negotiated, and compliant with F5 policies. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day quoting and pricing approvals across multiple regions, providing and enforcing discounting guidance to sales teams, ensuring sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established guidelines, and managing service level agreements on incoming discounted pricing requests. You will partner with Finance on consistency and transparency of key performance metrics, study historical product pricing trends, and identify new methods for deal reviews and approval processes. The role requires managing specific projects, providing updates to Sales Ops Leadership, and improving deal velocity while removing roadblocks to closing business. You will communicate clearly with both headquarters teams and regional sales teams, understanding the voice of the field and customer to drive programmatic improvements. You should demonstrate analytical and creative thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role requires intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with CRM systems experience (Salesforce and Tableau) preferred. You must understand channel and direct sales processes, be detail-oriented, and have a customer excellence mentality. Spanish language skills are a plus. The position may require being on call periodically and working outside normal hours during end-of-quarter periods, as well as occasional domestic and international travel. REQUIREMENTS: - BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field (preferred) - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience reviewing deal structures within Sales Operations or comparable roles supporting a sales organization - Intermediate computer skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Intermediate CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, Tableau) - Strong understanding of channel and direct sales processes - Strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills - Ability to work independently with limited direction - Spanish language ability is a plus
