Parloa is an enterprise conversational AI platform that has powered over one billion customer interactions for global brands like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, and SAP. The company is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital. As Deal Desk Manager, you will own the complete transaction lifecycle for enterprise sales, serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance. This role is critical to ensuring complex deals close accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: **Order Form Execution**: Manage the end-to-end order form process, reviewing and executing new business and renewal agreements with meticulous attention to accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. **Deal Structuring & Pricing**: Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to structure non-standard deals, apply pricing exceptions, and route approvals to appropriate stakeholders. **CRM & Revenue Systems Stewardship**: Serve as the primary CRM steward, maintaining data integrity across deal stages, line items, contract terms, and booking records. Identify and resolve data issues across Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems. **Contract Review & Legal Coordination**: Support contract review processes, flag inconsistencies, and coordinate with Legal on non-standard terms. **Process & Documentation**: Build and maintain scalable internal processes including approval workflows, deal checklists, exception tracking, and audit trails. Create clean deal documentation, playbooks, templates, and escalation guides. You should have 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions at B2B SaaS companies. Strong command of order form mechanics, hands-on Salesforce/CPQ experience, exceptional attention to detail, and familiarity with AI-driven workflow optimization are essential. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment that values ownership, direct feedback, and meaningful contribution from day one.
