Armada is a hyperscaler for edge AI infrastructure, delivering modular AI solutions deployed across 60+ countries for energy, defense, and other sectors. Backed by ~$500M in funding from Founders Fund, Lux, BlackRock, and Microsoft, with strategic partnerships including Microsoft, Dell, Palantir, NVIDIA, SpaceX, and Skydio, Armada is building sovereign and edge AI infrastructure for customers requiring rugged, deployable compute outside centralized cloud.
As Deal Desk Manager, you will be Armada's first deal desk hire, supporting EMEA and APAC markets. You'll own the quote-to-close process, acting as the central hub between Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance. Your responsibilities include managing the deal desk queue, supporting sales through the full deal lifecycle (quoting, approvals, contract routing, order booking), ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and serving as the primary point of contact for deal-related questions across both regions.
You will manage order management tools (Salesforce, DocuSign, Ironclad, etc.), provide administration and end-user training, and complete primary review of all executed contracts to confirm accuracy and compliance. You'll partner with Legal and Finance to maintain templates and workflows, identify process improvements, and facilitate non-standard deal requests. Working with RevOps, you'll automate and scale quoting and contracting processes, develop training materials for Sales and Customer Success, and identify friction points in the quote-to-close workflow to accelerate deal velocity.
Required: 8+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related B2B SaaS roles. Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales motions (New Business, Renewals, Expansions), and order-to-cash workflows. Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce preferred); experience with DocuSign, Ironclad, or similar tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, excellent communication, collaborative across functions, comfortable in fast-paced high-growth global environments, and self-starter mindset.
Preferred: Experience scaling deal desk functions in startups or high-growth environments, familiarity with international deal structures and multi-currency quoting, knowledge of hardware infrastructure sales and OEM procurement.
