As Deal Desk Manager, you will own the commercial engine behind every Anrok deal. You'll be the primary partner to the sales team on deal structuring, pricing, and approvals, helping close deals quickly and cleanly while extracting insights from deal data to improve future deals.
Key responsibilities:

- Serve as primary point of contact for Account Executives and Account Managers on non-standard deals, advising on pricing, terms, and contract options
- Design and refine pricing guardrails and approval workflows to accelerate standard deals and ensure exceptions receive appropriate scrutiny
- Analyze deal data—discounting patterns, pricing trends, win/loss signals—to sharpen pricing guidance and provide GTM leadership visibility
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems to maintain accuracy and audit readiness throughout the quote-to-cash process
- Build and document pricing scenarios, approval criteria, and deal processes that enable the sales team to operate independently and efficiently
Required qualifications:

- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve pricing errors and workflow issues
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and ability to extract insights from deal data
- Sound commercial judgment balancing deal velocity with pricing discipline
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (CPQ or quoting tools experience is a plus)
- Curiosity about AI tools; demonstrated experience building or implementing AI solutions in work or personal projects
