You will join the Deal Desk team as an Analyst, reporting to the Director of Deal Desk. Your primary focus will be supporting high-volume, international downmarket and commercial sales segments. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to velocity sales teams across international markets, helping structure deals that maintain operational speed while upholding Wiz's standards and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily Deal Desk operations for international downmarket transactions
- Translating customer and field feedback into actionable plans
- Hosting regular Deal Desk Office Hours for international sales representatives
- Tracking and benchmarking sales trends, cycle times, and customer behaviors across downmarket segments
- Developing scalable guardrails, templates, and guidelines for high-velocity transactions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to sales teams, helping structure fast-moving deals
- Managing price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce; maintaining approval matrices and playbooks
- Partnering with Finance, Product, Legal, and Enablement on process improvements and rollouts
You'll need 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role within Sales, Business Operations, or Deal Desk functions. Strong Salesforce CRM expertise and proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office products are essential. You must demonstrate the ability to process high transaction volumes with speed, accuracy, and integrity in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred experience includes working in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking and attention to detail, and organizational/time-management capabilities. Being based in the London area is ideal.
