Tines is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This role is central to Tines' day-to-day deal operations, serving as the engine that keeps quotes, order forms, and approvals moving quickly and accurately. You will be the first-line support for Sales reps, Customer Success Managers, and Revenue Managers, ensuring deals progress smoothly and the field stays unblocked. Key responsibilities include creating and managing quotes and order forms in CPQ (DealHub) within SLA, routing deals through approval matrices to maintain low cycle times, and serving as the primary point of contact for pricing, packaging, and process questions. You will maintain data quality in Salesforce, support order processing during high-volume periods (with flexibility at month and quarter end), and identify complex or non-standard deals for escalation to senior team members. Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Sales is essential, as is supporting improvements to CPQ tooling and workflows. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS. You should be highly detail-oriented, numerically literate, and very comfortable with spreadsheets and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong stakeholder service mindset, clear communication (verbal and written), and familiarity with CPQ tools, quote-to-cash processes, SaaS business models, and subscription-based pricing are required. You thrive on responsiveness, accuracy, and high transaction volume, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment with ambiguity. Tines, founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, powers intelligent workflow automation for companies like Canva, Databricks, Elastic, and McKesson. The platform combines AI, automation, and integration with human ingenuity to drive business results. This is a fully remote position based in the Pacific time zone.
