Salary: USD 52,000 - 70,200 / annual

As a Data Specialist, you will be a key member of the team responsible for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting customer deliverables. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members across the organization to support project setup, manage ongoing change requests, and meet multiple timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all assigned projects meet established metrics for contract compliance, deadline adherence, and quality standards. You will also complete ad hoc and team projects as needed, document all project information, and communicate project statuses, data issues, and logistical concerns with internal stakeholders.
The role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities. You will need to work collaboratively across team boundaries and demonstrate initiative in troubleshooting customer issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree OR 1–3 years of prior professional experience
- 1–3 years of service-oriented experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Technical aptitude for learning new software systems
- Experience with querying databases (SQL, MySQL, or similar)
