Robinhood is seeking a Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst to join its elite team building the future of finance. You will partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that shape the company's core platforms, products, and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow to automate critical processes such as key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Developing solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize operational and compliance workflows.
- Creating meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to monitor the health of products, systems, and business processes.
- Transforming complex data into clear and insightful visualizations to inform partners and drive decision-making.
- Performing exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks and optimizing operational efficiencies.
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Applying statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
This is a highly influential role where you will guide complex projects from concept to completion, mentor others on the team, and leverage modern tools and cutting-edge methodologies as a core part of problem-solving. You will raise the bar for everyone around you in a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Experience performing exploratory data analysis and applying statistical analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to develop dashboards and visualizations for monitoring product, system, and business process health.
- Experience developing automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
- Experience applying large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.
- Background check required.
