Armis from ServiceNow is building an autonomous defense platform for the Agentic Enterprise, combining cyber risk management, security, identity, and AI agent protection capabilities. The Data Engagement team serves as the connective link between Go-To-Market and R&D/Product organizations, leading customer and prospect data initiatives and driving product improvements based on patterns identified in day-to-day work.
In this role, you will own execution of the team's initiatives, ensuring efforts are properly resourced, tracked, and delivered within required timeframes. You'll play a key role in prioritizing data resources across company-wide efforts, working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Sales. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled analysts, and build strong partnerships with Product and Customer Success leaders, acting as their trusted data advisor to help achieve shared business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead of Data Operations, PMO, Technical Delivery Management, or Product Analytics at a tech company (cybersecurity experience is a plus)
- Experience leading and/or working with a team of data analysts is a plus; prior experience as a data analyst is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering under tight timelines
- SaaS/B2B company experience is a significant advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal (required)
