ServiceNow is seeking a Data Operations Team Lead to join the Data Engagement team, which serves as the connective link between Go-To-Market (GTM) and R&D/Product organizations. This role is responsible for leading customer and prospect data initiatives using internal tools and driving product improvements based on patterns and issues identified through day-to-day analytical work.
In this position, you will own the execution of the team's initiatives, ensuring efforts are properly resourced, tracked, and delivered within required timeframes. You will play a key role in prioritizing data resources across company-wide efforts, working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Sales. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled analysts, building strong partnerships with Product and Customer Success leaders and acting as their trusted data advisor to help achieve shared business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead in Data Operations, PMO, Technical Delivery Management, or Product Analytics at a tech company (cybersecurity background is a plus)
- Experience leading and/or working with a team of data analysts is a plus; prior experience as a data analyst is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering under tight timelines
- SaaS/B2B company experience is a significant advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal (required)
