Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst to join its Supply Chain team. The role focuses on enhancing supply chain transparency, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analytics to track and monitor supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery rates, supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savings
- Generate regular reports and dashboards providing insights into supply chain efficiency, effectiveness, and risk areas
- Collaborate with various supply chain functions to collect data and validate KPIs for accuracy and relevance
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Report on program performance, highlighting successes and identifying potential issues
- Work closely with the supply chain team to understand data requirements and ensure reporting aligns with operational goals
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate supply chain information
- Support implementation of new KPIs and performance metrics
- Assist in documentation and standardization of analytical procedures and reporting protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field with strong focus on reporting and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large datasets
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and how they relate to KPIs and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data clearly to various audiences
- Experience with database management and data analysis software such as SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data reporting and analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their reporting capabilities
