Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software backed by Insight Partners, is seeking a Data Migration Architect to lead a strategic, large-scale migration of quote-to-cash data from Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Oracle.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will own the end-to-end migration strategy and execution, from initial source analysis and data mapping through transformation, reconciliation, and production cutover. You will lead a team of onshore and offshore ETL developers, mentor them on best practices, and review their designs and code.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the overall migration strategy, architecture, and phased roadmap, including mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cutover planning
- Designing scalable, repeatable ETL pipelines with robust error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms aligned to RCA and Oracle configurations
- Profiling complex CPQ objects (quotes, quote lines, subscriptions, contracts, assets, price/product rules, bundles) and NetSuite records (customers, items, orders, invoices, SuiteBilling subscriptions, revenue arrangements)
- Mapping CPQ data into the RCA model across Product Catalog Management, Pricing Procedures, Product Configurator, Transaction Management, DRO, and Billing
- Mapping financial and order data into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / EBS via FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, or Oracle Integration Cloud
- Owning transformation logic for complex scenarios: amendments, renewals, co-termination, ramp deals, usage-based pricing, multi-currency handling, and in-flight contracts/orders
- Running comprehensive validation and reconciliation (record counts, financial totals, ARR/MRR, open balances, subscription terms) with business sign-off
- Driving data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment in collaboration with business data owners
- Optimizing loads using Bulk API 2.0, parallel processing, and dependency-aware sequencing within platform limits
- Serving as the primary contact for migration status, risks, and issues with leadership, Finance, Sales Ops, and IT
- Producing mapping specifications, runbooks, cutover plans, reconciliation reports, and data dictionaries
You will work with a mature, established company (founded 2000, now managing 15+ million endpoints across 20+ countries) that values builders and problem-solvers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in data engineering/ETL, including 3+ years as a lead or architect on large-scale migrations
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ data model and quote-to-cash processes
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Salesforce RCA and its data model
- NetSuite extraction experience: SuiteQL, Saved Searches, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), CSV exports; familiarity with SuiteBilling and revenue recognition
- Expertise in an enterprise ETL tool (Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Jitterbit, Azure Data Factory, or similar)
- Proficiency with Bulk API 2.0, REST/SOAP APIs, and Data Loader, including governor limits, external IDs, and record ownership
- Advanced SQL and staging database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL)
- Proven ability to build reconciliation frameworks that satisfy Finance and audit requirements
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce certifications: Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Data Architect
- CPQ-to-RCA migration experience, including in-flight subscriptions and contracts
- Data Cloud experience
- Python for transformation, profiling, and automation
- Data governance, MDM, and data quality tools
- Agile delivery with global teams
