As a Data Client Support Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management & Quality organization, serving as a critical liaison between clients, data providers, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility is ensuring customers receive exceptional support and maximize the value of their data within Addepar.
Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing client inquiries related to Addepar's portfolio data feeds and data product functionalities within established service level agreements
- Managing requests from internal Data teams requiring client outreach and action to resolve data verification issues
- Investigating client-reported bugs and data processing issues, triaging with Engineering and Product teams as needed
- Partnering with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and go-to-market teams to align on data-related escalations and ensure positive client outcomes
- Participating in multi-organizational projects to improve internal processes and support new product functionality rollouts
You bring 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment or advisory industry with solid understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and customer relationship management. You demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail. You are self-motivated, take ownership of responsibilities, and maintain a strong team-player mentality with passion for client-centric outcomes. You proactively document processes and identify workflow optimization opportunities. Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or similar financial services systems is preferred.
This role requires in-office presence 3 days per week in Pune. Legal authorization to work in India is required from day one; visa sponsorship is not available.
