Volta is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform building compute capacity at scale. The Data Center Delivery Manager (Nordics) leads full-stack delivery of European data center projects, ensuring sites transition from mechanical completion to live, serving AI workloads.
You will own the end-to-end turn-up and commissioning playbook for NVIDIA Vera clusters across European facilities. This is a hands-on role bridging construction and compute operations. Key responsibilities include: leading delivery timelines from mechanical completion through cluster deployment; establishing and running readiness gates covering power, cooling, networks, and cluster deployment; coordinating NVIDIA ecosystem partners and vendors through deployment phases; integrating facility commissioning with cluster-level testing; tracking speed-to-compute metrics; and feeding operational insights back into design and delivery strategy.
You will work across project teams, plan turn-up well ahead of mechanical completion, and support the broader delivery strategy with front-line visibility from live projects. The role requires regular travel to European sites during turn-up phases.
Required experience: data center commissioning or turn-up of live environments; hands-on deployment of GPU or high-density compute clusters (ideally NVIDIA ecosystem); strong understanding of critical power, cooling, and network dependencies during bring-up; proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and partners against tight readiness dates; structured, detail-driven planning with calm execution under pressure.
