Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, is seeking a Data Analyst III to join the Sportsbook organization's Product Analytics team in London. The Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S., with retail locations including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium.
In this role, you will create insights to drive product development and enhance business performance, partnering closely with senior stakeholders in the Sportsbook Product team. You will be responsible for supporting the team with A/B testing, performance tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc analytical queries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, particularly the Sportsbook product and user experience
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and become a key contributor to data-driven decision-making
- Support the Product team with testing, analysis, and reporting as they develop and optimize the product
- Create both regular and ad-hoc insights; gather and present metrics and activities to key stakeholders, becoming a trusted source of intelligence
- Collaborate with other Analysts and Data Scientists to solve business problems
- Stay current on technology trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming industry

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in an analytics role
- Degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science)
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Proficiency in a statistical programming language (R or Python)
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis or mathematical model development, with solid understanding of statistics concepts such as multivariate testing
- Experience using code repositories (e.g., GitHub)
- Previous experience in the betting and gaming industry is a significant plus
- Experience with Amplitude is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships
- Customer-focused, highly outcome-oriented, and data-driven; experienced in high-growth environments
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving with strong organizational and communication skills
