Veremark, a remote-first HR tech scale-up, is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing team. The company is on a mission to help the world trust faster through innovative products including Verepass (a blockchain-based credential verification solution) and a whistleblowing platform with end-to-end encryption. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You will extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to support strategic decision-making across the organization. A key part of your work involves building and maintaining interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or Tableau, making complex data accessible to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify critical business questions and define key performance indicators (KPIs). Your analytical work will help spot recurring patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities within operational metrics. You'll present data-driven recommendations to leadership and contribute to the company's data-informed culture.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Hands-on experience building visual reports in Power BI
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Python, Google Cloud, and BigQuery is a plus
