As a Data Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of how Titan makes decisions and measures progress. Your mission is to transform raw data into actionable clarity by architecting the information systems that fuel strategy across Product, Finance, and Operations.
You'll design and maintain ETL workflows that move and transform data between multiple systems, work extensively with Redshift to model and optimize data structures, and integrate NoSQL data sources into analytics pipelines. You'll build, automate, and monitor data pipelines using tools like Fivetran, Hightouch, Segment, and Stitch. You'll create and maintain dashboards in Omni, Mode, and Mixpanel to give teams real-time visibility into KPIs.
Beyond technical execution, you'll collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions. You'll support financial reporting by applying accounting and finance knowledge, partner with engineering on data governance and documentation, and advocate for a data-driven organizational culture.
This role requires comfort moving between SQL complexity and clear narrative—one moment optimizing a Redshift query, the next distilling findings for leadership. You'll operate in a small, high-tempo team where every hire carries real weight and your decisions disproportionately shape what the company becomes.
**Requirements:**
- Must come from a startup, fintech, or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL with deep understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning in Redshift
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows that connect multiple data sources and ensure data integrity
- Comfortable working with NoSQL data and integrating it into analytics pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem services and best practices for data storage, transformation, and access
- Scripting experience (Python, SQL scripts) and familiarity with version control (Git)
- Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver measurable impact
- Experience analyzing and visualizing finance and accounting data preferred
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills—able to make complex analyses clear and actionable
