As a Data Analyst at Rho, you will serve two types of data consumers: people and AI agents. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role spanning data pipelining, modeling, semantic layer development, and actionable insights delivery. The role emphasizes faster, data-driven decision-making over dashboard volume, with accountability for enabling reliable self-service data while conducting deeper analyses that drive strategic decisions. Requirements: - 2 to 4 years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, analytics engineer, business intelligence engineer, or similar role - Outstanding SQL ability, particularly comfortable with debugging complex logic - Hands-on experience building models in dbt or similar data transformation frameworks - Track record of translating data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to adapt to audiences of varying technical backgrounds - Demonstrated use of AI tools to move faster (automating repetitive tasks, drafting initial analyses) - Prior experience building or maintaining dashboards in Looker, Omni, Hex, Tableau, or similar BI tools - Growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new business domains or product surface areas in fast-moving environments Nice to Have: - Experience in financial services, banking, technology, or fast-paced startups - Experience supporting multiple verticals or departments simultaneously - Experience building dbt semantic layers and refining the warehouse for both human and AI agent consumption - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics
