Picnic is reinventing the workplace lunch experience by partnering with top local restaurants and batching orders to provide high-quality, individually packed meals to companies without fees or tips. As a Data Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of the sales and operations teams. You'll develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools to provide actionable insights that drive leadership decision-making. Your responsibilities include building visualizations to track key performance metrics, proactively monitoring data quality and integrity, and performing deep-dive analyses of operating metrics to uncover business insights.
You'll work closely with business leaders to understand their analytical needs, develop hypotheses, analyze data, and communicate findings and solutions clearly. You'll also support the implementation of sales activities as needed with some oversight from leadership.
